By entering the Amber Vehicle Solutions web site further you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of use.

1. COPYRIGHT

All material on this site is copyright and may not be used, copied, reproduced, downloaded, republished or linked to.

The site may be used only for lawful purposes and your use must not infringe the rights of, or restrict or otherwise inhibit the use or enjoyment of this site by any third party.

You agree to notify Amber Vehicle Solutions forthwith of any such use of this site of which you become aware.

Amber Vehicle Solutions will not be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct or consequential, arising from your use of the site.

2. TERMS OF BUSINESS

This section sets out the contract terms which apply as between the customer, Amber Vehicle Solutions (Registered address: 326 Broadstone House, Broadstone Road, Reddish , Stockport, Cheshire, SK5 7DL) and its nominated UK supplier of vehicles. The details of vehicles on the website (particularly as to price, lead time and options) are based on information provided to Amber Vehicle Solutions by its UK suppliers who have indicated their willingness to supply vehicles to customers via the website.

The Amber Vehicle Solutions web site allows for the configuration of vehicle by the customers including make, model, price and specifications. These details are confirmed to the user through an enquiry page.

All enquiries to our dealers are free but if a car is ordered through our dealer(s) an Administration fee of £150+VAT will be charged for each vehicle ordered. If the customer fails to pay the fee then the vehicle order will be deemed to be cancelled.


3. THE ORDER AND PAYMENTS

Once Amber Vehicle Solutions has confirmed the contract and delivery date to the satisfaction of the customer and the customer wishes to proceed, Amber Vehicle Solutions will provide a customer order form.

Any advance payment is paid direct to the funder in question and all correspondence regarding the vehicle will be with Amber Vehicle Solutions. If a vehicle is cancelled prior to delivery there will be a cancellation fee of 500+VAT will be chargeable.

The role of Amber Vehicle Solutions in the transaction is to provide the website, to show the vehicles and to facilitate the customer's funding of the vehicle by sourcing a credit line for our clients via our portfolio of funders.

All enquiries with a valid email address will be added to our newsletter database for special offers and fantastic monthly and seasonal offers. This can be unsubscribed from this service either via one of the newsletters or by contacting Amber Vehicle Solutions directly.

4. PRICE CHANGES

If a price change affecting the vehicle (other than related to changes in specification) is imposed on the supplier by the manufacturer, effective after the contract date, the customer agrees that the supplier may supply the vehicle and the price change may be passed on to the customer.

5. VEHICLE DEFECTS AND NON-CONFORMING SPECIFICATIONS

If you are dissatisfied with the delivered vehicle, you must notify the delivery driver and the vehicle dealer before signing the delivery confirmation. You must also return the keys, registration documents, and all accessories and documentation supplied with the vehicle. 

All vehicle defects should be resolved directly with the vehicle dealer before the customer accepts and signs for delivery of the vehicle.


6. GENERAL NOTICES

Any notice given by any party must be in writing. Any party will be treated as having received any letter addressed to it at its correct address given on the customer order on the first working day after posting (if sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery) or on the second working day after posting if sent by first class pre-paid mail. Since any notice may be time critical it is agreed that no notices will be sent by second class pre-paid mail. A letter posted on a Sunday, bank or public holiday is treated as having been posted on the next working day. In the case of e-mail or fax, delivery shall be deemed to take place on the next working day.

7. CUSTOMER RIGHTS

The customer's rights of cancellation stated above are without prejudice to the customer's statutory rights, including rights under the relevant consumer legislation. In particular, nothing in this agreement shall be deemed to exclude the application of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 or otherwise derogate from any rights granted thereby.

8. ENFORCEABILITY

If any of this contract is held, by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the remainder of the provision and all other provisions shall to the maximum extent permissible remain unaffected.

9. ENGLISH LAW

This Contract is governed by English law and any dispute arising under or in connection with it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
